SCHEDULE :
- M-F, 8 hour days (generally, 8:30-5)
- Dates of Coverage: 12/1/24-2/1/25 (tentative)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call/Outpatient/Clinic
- Reason for Coverage: Cover FMLA
- Call Ratio: 1:5 (shared w/4 Nurse Practitioners)
- Average Number of Clinic Patients Per Day: 14
- Average Number of Inpatient Admissions Per Physician Per Day: Varies
- Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 1
- Other Cardiologists will be Present During Locum's Coverage
- Staff Members: 4 Nurse Practitioners
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
- Active VA license & DEA - Required, no exceptions - will NOT accept those willing to obtain
- AHF Fellowship(LVAD experience) - Required
