Anesthesiology Locum Opportunity in Pennsylvania

*Need 2 FTE locums - Shifts needed 12s & 14 hr shifts

*min of 3 shifts per week.

Requirements Notes : NBCRNA Required

Hospital has 14 Operating rooms plus (1) offsite. Staff assignments are made out of the main OR.

Care team model with medical direction. Regional skills not required.

The provider will be required to work at multiple sites.

Frequency: Daily

Need 3 FTE locums 

Coverage Needs Details: Full-time - 8s, 10s, & 12 hours shifts

 630- 5 pm

630 – 7 pm

630 – 9 pm

9a - 9p

*min of 3 shifts per week.

SHIFT/SCHEDULE INFORMATION 

*M-F with option for Saturday’s | No Call  

*Typical Day: Montefiore has 14 Operating rooms plus (1) offsite. Staff assignments are made out of the main OR at Location1. Could work at Location-1(Presbyterian) or could work at Location-2(Montefiore Hospital).

Care team model with medical direction. Regional skills not required.

*They will not be put in trauma cardiac or transplant cases

*Trauma Level: 1

*APP/Mid-Level Coverage Avail: No

*Will provider work solo? No

CRNA Medically directed

Location 1 :

Largest platform could run up to 60 Sites typically run 44-48

Location-2 connected could be scheduled there.

Level 1 Trauma Transplant ( have their own team )

Location-1 specializes in Trauma/Transplant . All Transplants are done by employed staff with specific training.

Case mix:

• Off site anesthesia
• Cardiac
• EP Lab
• TAVRs Watchman Procedures
• PUH has a special team of CRNAs to do the open heart cases. Locums will possibly have to do TAVRs there but it is a larger platform and therefore more resources, more flexibility with assignments.
• ECT treatment at Western Psych across street
• Complex Neuro
• Complex Thoracic
• Complex ENT
• Trauma Transplant ( we have a special team that can do these)
• Robotics
• Major Vascular
• General and Colorectal
• Surgical Oncology
• IR / CT / Bronch Cases
• Gyne and Urology
• Plastics
• Ortho
