Internal Medicine Locum Opportunity in Minnesota

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

M-F 8AM-730PM

Sat/Sun 9AM-5PM

Setting: Walk In/Urgent Care with Primary Care available

Duties: 72 hours of Face to Face coverage per pay period as sole provider

Days per month: 14-16

Required Procedures: Routine 

EMR: Allscripts/Altera/AEHR

Support Staff: Clinic shifts are 1 provider, 1 nurse, 1 front office

• Board Certified -  REQUIRED
• Active MN License - REQUIRED
• Residency Requirements/Fellowship - REQUIRED
• Active BLS, DEA - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/Background – REQUIRED
• Must state availability at name clear (# of shifts per month) - REQUIRED
• Disclose if provider has previously worked at any other CHI/Dignity - REQUIRED
• COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED
