Call schedule: none

CRNA will be supervised

General Surgical Cases and Neurosurgical Cases

No Peds

Average number of surgical cases/day: 35

Average number of pain management cases: 0

Number of operating rooms: 16

No peds

Submission Requirements

MI License: REQUIRED, no exceptions (not accepting IMLC)
NBCRNA certification - Required
BLS, and ACLS - Required
Providers must have Clean Background/No Malpractice for quick credentialing - Required
