Hospital seeks a dedicated and experienced Locum Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.


SCHEDULE : 

  • 7:00 AM- 7:00 PM
  • Dates of Coverage: Starting December 2024


JOB DESCRIPTION : 

  • Reason for Coverage: Maternity leave
  • Practice Setting: Outpatient 
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day: 50
  • Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
  • Trauma Level/Designation: Urgent Care
  • APP will be Working Autonomously
  • Procedures: Basic Urgent Care procedures
  • Patient Age Demographic: All ages


SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : 

  • Board Certified(AANP) - Required
  • KY license - REQUIRED no exceptions
  • BLS - Required
  • COVID Vaccine - Preferred
