Schedule : 

• Orientation Feb 13 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Fri 2/14(7am)-Sun 2/23(7am)
• Fri 3/21(7am)-Sun 3/30(7am)

Job Description : 

• Acute care surgery with occasional Level 3 trauma (with transfer protocols) IP rounding, Trauma Call, Urgent surgeries.

Candidate Requirements : 

• Active IN State License or IMLC.
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency).
• Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): More than 2 years
• Flu vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
• Covid vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
• Certifications: BLS-AHA issued.
•  Procedure logs (for the last 12 months)
