  • Provider would have 8 4-hour sessions per week. In general, sessions go from 8 AM–12 noon & 1 PM–5 PM

  • Practice Setting: Primarily Outpatient. Would prefer someone that could do inpatient/outpatient. 
  • Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day:  18-20
