Radiation Oncology Physician Locums Position in Dubuque, IA- $400 hourly
Locums Radiation Oncology opportunity in Dubuque, IA where IN/Outpatient coverage and no call is needed. Here are some of the details:
- Coverage Need/Schedule Details: ***NOT a full time position. Provider will be providing sporadic coverage for potential future PTO coverage ***
Start Date: As soon as credentialed-Ongoing
Schedule:
- 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active IA license or IMLC - REQUIRED (not accepting candidates who need to obtain IMLC or IA license)
- COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED
- Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing - REQUIRED (Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days)
- MUST be available to offer coverage for 4 week stretches at a time - REQUIRED (notate at time of name clear)
- Aria documentation - HIGHLY PREFFERED. Note experience at time of name clear.
- Local/within driving distance - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Practice Description:
- Solo Coverage
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
- Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? No
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office) : 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding) : 0-1
- Trauma Level 2
- Adult patients
- EMR: Aria
- Required procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
- Credentialing timeframe: Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days
