• Services/Procedures offered in the practice: X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, mammograms, and ultrasounds. Swallow, BE, Myleogram, LP
• Number of Exam Rooms per provider: 3
• Medical Imaging: Yes
• Lab and Pharmacy: Yes
• Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 111
• Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 111
• Appointment length: 20 mins
• EMR: Powerscribe/Cerner

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active IA License or Active IMLC- REQUIRED
• Full-time availability is preferred, but Client will accept candidates offering 2 weeks per month
• Fellowship Trained (General Rad with Mammography and Fluoroscopy) - REQUIRED
