Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 6 months, ongoing

Shift Details: 8a-5p

Schedule: Five 8 hour days Mon-Fri 7am-4p or 8am-5pm.

Work Details:

· Patients per day: 14-20

· Patient Population/Age: Average patient age is 66.

· Department Description: 20 minute sick visits. 40 minute well visits

Practice Setting:

• Clinic/Private Practice

· License Required: Active AZ license required to present
