Work Details: 

•Support staff: CRNAs 

•Patients per day: 50-60 

•Department description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum. Must be comfortable with all ages and currently only work in pain clinics. 

•EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

•Hospital bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center

•Special procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs 

Practice Setting: 

•Hospital 

•Ambulatory Surgery Center Requirements: 

•Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required 

•License required: Active AZ license. IMLC Only

•Certifications required: ACLS, PALS Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
