OR days Monday, Wednesday • Dates of Need: February - ongoing • Shift Times: 8am-5pm • Lunch N/A • Provider Min # Shifts Required: Full time preferred but will look at 1-2 weeks per month • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8 • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 40

ADDITIONAL DETAILS Breast surgery center seeking coverage for a provider on FLMA leave. Will be a mix of clinic and surgery. Prefer full time, but would take 0.5 FTE and would consider other offers as well. Preferred fellowship in surgical oncology or breast.
