Infectious Disease Locum Opportunity in Washington

Facility is recruiting a BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician. Ideal candidate will be an exceptional clinician with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

50/50 split between 2 Locations Loc-1 and Loc-2 (need will be opened at Loc-2 to submit once offers accepted)

Work duties will include hospital rounding and call coverage, primarily weekends, and covering shifts on some holidays and when our full-time physicians are on vacation.

• Open to fill- 4/7-11, 4/14-18, 4/21-25, 5/5-9, 5/12-16, 5/19-23, 6/2-6, 6/9-13, 6/1-20
• 8:30-5PM (M-F)

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• Inpatient : Loc-2
• Start/end times 8:30-5pm
• Days of week M-F 
• Call: SJMC M-F night call (new patients and ER calls) and one weekend/month 6a-6a Sat-Mon
• Is the provider expected to be onsite for a specified duration of the call shift? No
• Multiple part time locums accepted to fill the schedule?:  YES
• Facility Location:  Location-1 and Location-2
• Setting:  Hospital and Clinic 
• Duties: inpatient, call coverage, clinic 
• FTE: 1.0 FULL TIME
• EMR:  EPIC 
• Support Staff: YES Nursing and Medical Assistant
• Credentialing Information:
• Timeframe: 90 days
• Requirements:  6-12 months

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : 

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active WA License or IMLC - REQUIRED
• Malpractice – must disclose all MP and criminal history to determine start date - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
