Physician Assistant - Surgery Cardiothoracic Locum Job in Greenville, SC

SHIFT DETAILS : 

• M-F, 6a-2p (8hr GT)
• Call: 5% on weekdays, 75% weekends (ER Call primarily)

WORK DETAILS : 

• Patient Population: Adults ONLY
• Office/Clinic = 10%, Hospital = 90%
• Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient/Acute Care
• Daily Caseload: 10 patient per day - 5 Admissions, 5 ICU, 4 Surgeries
• Support Staff: 4 physicians, 7 mid-levels
• EMR: Epic
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years

REQUIREMENTS : 

• Must be able to harvest vein and first assist surgeon on all open heart cases, suturing, and pre/post op surgical care
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline)  :     Not Required
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline)    : Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• State Licenses  :   South Carolina - Required
• Certifications :  ACLS   Required
• DEA    :    Required
