Urology Locum Opportunity in Pennsylvania

Provider Must be able to work a full block of Mon 7a -Mon 7a.

Rotating call coverage Mon 7a - Mon 7a.

24hr call Mon-Mon is for consults, emergent surgeries and anything the APPs can't cover.

Weekend call includes rounding if they need to check in on any inpatients.

Call coverage is for 3 hospitals that are all within a 10 mile radius.

Each hospital has urology specific staff (PA or NP) who work every weekday 8-4:30. They handle initial consults, see and prep cases, add to schedule, etc.

Locations receive acute transfers from community hospitals within system

Call Volume: light during the week but could be heavier on weekends since urology staff only on site M-F.

An average of 10 cases weekly (this is an estimate)

1 week assignments - Monday 7a to Monday 7a

APP/Midlevel Coverage weekdays at all sites to handle initial consults.
