Daily Shift Standard: 9 hour day shifts and 15 hour night shifts
Expected duration of assignment Current REQ approval end date is 02/12/2027 – We will seek an extension closer to that date if needed
Reason for opening: Gap in Coverage
Schedule /Shift hours 9 hour day shifts and 15 hour night shifts Sunday-Monday.
The 9 hour day shifts are fully onsite from 7am-4pm.
The 15 hour night shifts are onsite from 4pm-10pm and then they are telestoke. They must report back onsite for stroke alerts.

Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs) Applicants for initial appointment must be able to demonstrate provision of inpatient or outpatient services reflective of the scope of privileges requested for at least 80 patients in the past 24 months or demonstrate successful completion of a hospital-affiliated accredited residency, special clinical fellowship, or research in the past 24 months. Experience can be demonstrated in one of the following ways: 1)Applicants who have just completed a residency shall provide a copy of their residency log and/or documentation from their program director attesting that the applicant meets the above criteria. 2)Applicants who are not applying directly out of a residency shall provide quality profiles from hospital(s) or clinic(s) where they currently have privileges, showing clinical activity for the last 24 months, including number of procedures performed, as applicable.

Will provider work solo? On days they will work with an NP/PA, but will be solo on nights
