Pediatric Hospitalist Locum Opportunity in Ohio

Hospital is searching for a locum 24 hour on call Pediatric Hospitalist for April 2025 and ongoing!

Patient caseload: 90% newborn, 5% pediatric, 5% adolescents. There may be medical students observing round with newborn patients. 

• Avg Daily Census: Newborns – 3-4
• Avg Daily Census: Peds – 0-1 every 2 months

** NOTE:  Provider must live or be able to stay within 30 minutes of hospital.

Open dates of coverage (24hr call coverage)

• April 30 - May 2
• May 13
• June 1

?Emergency Temp privileged are possible for providers with a clean background and active OH license & DEA. 

Submission Requirements

Board certified preferred but will consider board eligible candidates within five years of residency

• Ohio State License - REQUIRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• NRP - REQUIRED
• Newborn experience - REQUIRED
• X-ray Interpretation - REQUIRED
• Circumcision - REQUIRED
• UVC/UAC - Highly preferred
• MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR LISTED OPEN DATES
