Description : THIS IS A LOCUM TO PERM JOB.

The timeframe for the transition to perm would be 2-3 months.

Orientation rate will be no more than 60% of the hourly rate.

Clinic shifts are 8a-5p with a 1 hour lunch

Typical daily patients under treatment is 20-25 patients. Clinic volume is about 12-15 per day with some variability.
