Internal Medicine Locum Opportunity in Michigan

Hospital is looking for a physician specializing in Family Medicine to join their team! This assignment offers Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM daily clinic coverage, no weekend coverage, and possible clinic call.

JOB DETAILS:

Patients per day: 20

Provide information on support staff, APP coverage, number of providers in the clinic and on-site services (lab, radiology, procedure room:)

Support Staff = MA and Receptionist, POC testing Diagnostic Imaging in building

Current EHR in use: Healthland

Family Medicine Procedures/Skills: (REQUIRED)

Adult Outpatient

Pediatric-General Outpatient  

Submission Requirements

ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR

• Board Certified(Family Medicine) - REQUIRED
• Please include address at time of presentation - REQUIRED
• Provider must be local(no flights) - REQUIRED, no exceptions 
• Must have clean background for quick credentialing - REQUIRED no exceptions
• Please provide availability based of dates listed above - REQUIRED
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear 
• MI License - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
• BLS - REQUIRED

Employee Health Requirement

a. Flu vaccine for 24-25 season

b. Covid documentation - If 24-25 booster has not been received a declination is needed

c. TB - 2 step skin test within 12 months or Quantiferon within the last 6 months

d. TB Questionnaire 

e. Hep B - titer with quantifiable numbers or declination 

f. MMR - vaccine series or titers with quantifiable numbers

g. Varicella - vaccine series or titers with quantifiable numbers

h. TDAP - adult vaccine (within the last 10 years)
