Emergency Medicine Locum Opportunity in Michigan

We have an outstanding Emergency Medicine locum position available in the beautiful town of Hancock, MI, paying $325 hourly where your skills are needed to provide excellent emergency room coverage. Position Details:

Start Date: March 26, 2025 - March 28, 2025

Coverage Needed:

January:

• Mar 26- Onsite orientation 8am- 3pm
• Mar 27 & 28-  8am-8pm 

Submission Requirements: ***All Submission Requirements must be met in order to submit.***

• Board Certified or Board Eligible: REQUIRED
• Active license in MI ONLY: REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years experience: REQUIRED
• Certifications: BLS - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice Record: REQUIRED (Due to quick credentialing)

Practice Overview:

• Patient Volume: Average of 30 patients seen per day
• Trauma Level: 3
• Support Staff: ED Physicians, 1 NP, ED RN
• Inpatient/Outpatient: Both
• Charting/EMR: Meditech
• Admissions per Shift: Average of 3 per day
• Fellowship Required: No
• How long does Credentialing Take: 30 days/with clean malpractice will credential as fast as provider can submit required documents
• Are Temp Privileges Granted: Yes
