Clinic & Call Schedule

Shifts

Mon - Fri 8-4:30

On-call hours 7am - 7am

No current mid-level support

Open to an Alternate work week - Yes

Open to 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, Split coverage - Yes

Open to non-licensed, IMLC, or license in process - KY license required, can be in process

Backup and follow up care after locum provider leaves. - One ortho in the community, no other employed at this time

How many MDs on site and support staff details - Clinic staff will be available
