Job Details:

Practice Setting: Hospital Based

Schedule: 24hr/7a-7a

Average Number of Cases Per Day: 1-2

Annual ER Volume: 30,000

Number of Operating Rooms: 1 Heart, 1 Hybrid

Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

Ancillary Staff: First Assist with Endoscopic Saphenous Vein Harvest experience

Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric

Submission Requirements

Board Certified - REQUIRED
BLS Certified - REQUIRED
KY License - Preferred, willing to accept candidates needing to obtain a license
CLEAN BACKGROUND - REQUIRED
Preference will be give to candidates available for the January dates
