Description

We have re-opened a Radiation Oncologist locum physician need for Hospital, Peoria, IL. Please read all the details below.

REQUIREMENTS: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology; MD or DO.

SCHEDULE: Schedule consists of Monday-Friday, 8a-5p weekly, August-December 2024, with some potential call depending on dates confirmed, pending credentialing and payer enrollment.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

BC/BE in Radiation Oncology - Required

Active IL License – Required

Availability per request - Required

Two references per Stratum process – Required

Clean and easy-to-credential candidates – Highly Preferred

PROOF OF COVID VACCINE IS REQUIRED TO WORK AT THE FACILITY - Required
