Hematology Oncology Locum Opportunity in Illinois

Cancer Center is looking for a locum or locum to perm to join their team ASAC-ongoing!

30% Hematology

70% Oncology

Number of Physicians in Practice:  1 remaining physician

Hem/Onc only practice

Adults only 

No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connection to Rad Onc team at Medical Campus, which is 5 miles from practice.

No APP's in practice

Documentation System/EMR:  epic

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:  3 months

Practice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center

Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20

Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital):  Level 2

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified -  Required
• Active IL license - Required at time of name clear
• Availability - Please provide at time of name clear - must be available FT
• Local Candidate - Highly Preferred, client will not reimburse for any travel if provider is local. Mileage must be included. 
• Provider that speaks Spanish - Highly preferred, please note this is the submission, if applicable.
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
