- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active IA License or Active IMLC- REQUIRED
- Must be available Full time - REQUIRED
- Fellowship Trained - REQUIRED

- Number of Physicians: 1
- Nursing Support/Physician Nurse Ratio: 1:1
- Ancillary Staff per Provider: multiple
- Services/Procedures offered in the practice: X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, mammograms, and ultrasounds. Swallow, BE, Myleogram, LP
- Number of Exam Rooms per provider: 3
- Medical Imaging: Yes
- Lab and Pharmacy: Yes
- Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 111
- Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: 111
- Appointment length: 20 mins
- EMR: Powerscribe/Cerner
