Gastroenterology Locum Opportunity in Iowa

Hospital is looking for an outpatient LOCUM TO PERM GI provider to cover 3 weeks/month starting in June.

• January 2025 - ongoing
• Monday-Friday, 8a-4p
• No weekends, no call
• Scopes only; colonoscopies and endoscopies only
• ERCP and EUS highly preferred, but not required for outpatient settings
• If working inpatient shifts, ECRP & EUS are required
• 30 min procedures
• Uses conscious sedation
• 10-12 procedures/day
• Adult only
• EMR: Provation

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be interested in Locum to Perm
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency - Required
• Active IA License or IMLC - Required
• BLS - Required
• Provider must be willing/able to work outpatient. This role does not require any inpatient services - Required
• EGD, Colonoscopy - Required, note how many years of experience
• ERCP - Required, note how many years of experience
• EUS - highly preferred
• COVID Vaccine - Required
• Clean Malpractice/Background - Strongly Preferred.
