Position: Locum Tenens Interventional Radiologist (IR + General Diagnostic)

Credentialing Timeline: Temporary privileges available for candidates with a clean background
Schedule & Shift Details
- Onsite Shift Hours: Monday – Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST)
- Call Coverage: Remote call required for 7 main holidays
Clinical Scope & Work Environment
- Facility Type: Trauma Center
- Workload Breakdown: ~80% IR / 20% General Diagnostic Reads (Client will also accept candidates requesting 100% IR)
- Productivity Target: Minimum expectation of 45 RVUs per shift
- Procedure Scope: Angiography, Kyphoplasty/Vertebroplasty, Port catheters, CT-guided biopsies, drainages, ablations, US thoracentesis/paracentesis, Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE), CT drains, UGI studies, CV cath tunneling, vena cavagram, abdominal aorta angiography, and chest tubes
- Diagnostic Scope: General mix of diagnostic readings across modalities, including CT and MRI
Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) in Radiology / Interventional Radiology
- Licensure: Active Florida State Medical License required
- Clean Background: Required to qualify for temporary privileges
