Radiation Oncology Locum Opportunity in Colorado

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• 8:00a-5:30p - Wed-Friday only

Details:

• Wednesday-Friday - 8:00a-5:30p
• Setting: Outpatient
• FTE: 0.675
• Days per month: 3 shifts per week, about 12 shifts per month, dependent on the number of weeks per month. 
• Required Procedures: Radiation Oncology, Consultations/New Patient Visits, Follow ups, Established Patient Visits, On Treatment visits, Treatment Planning, Treatment Supervision. 
• EMR: EPIC, Aria
• Machine is a Varian True Beam. Treatment planning is done in Eclipse. 
• Support Staff: RN 

Submission Requirements

• Board Certification Radiation Oncology - Required
• Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
• Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
• Local, drive in candidates only - Required
• Site willing to accept 2 providers to fill the need, candidates must be available Wed-Fri for the weeks available. Candidate must confirm wed-fri availability and state the specific weeks they are able to offer between the dates need - Required, candidates who are able to cover the full stint every week will get priority over those not able to fill all the weeks. 
• Clean MP/background - Highly Preferred, site will place priority for candidates with a self inquiry NPDB at time of presentation.
