• 24 hour call shifts (7a-7a)

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified Pediatrics – Required
• Active CO license - Highly Preferred
• Active BLS - Required
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
• Must be available for any of the open dates in job description to be considered for ongoing dates - Required
• Must disclose # of shifts per month provider can offer to the team ongoing - Required
• Clean Malpracitce/Background - Required
