- 8a-5p

- No call

Work Details:

- Number of patients per day: 12-14

- Current staff: 1 physician

- EMR: Cerner

Practice Settings:

- Hospital

- 269 beds

Requirements:

Board Certification: Board Certified as NP or PA

License Required: Active AZ License (we can look at licensing but not ideal with start date)

DEA: Yes

CSR: No

Certifications Required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

Overtime Rule – after 40 hours per week
