Radiology Locum Opportunity in Arkansas

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

•  Saturday and Sunday
•  The number of weekends per month is undetermined right now. Please list how many weekends your provider is available per month.

Assignment: 

• Shift time: Saturday & Sunday 8a-8p
• Frequency per week: undetermined right now

Setting: Cover the ED remotely

FTE: 1.0

# Providers Needed: 1

Duties: Reading general Diagnostic studies, MR, CT, US, X-ray

Required Procedures: No procedures

EMR: Epic

Patients per Day: Varies due to the time coverage needed. Mostly needed during these times to cover the ED. They see an average of 130 patients/24 hour shift

 Additional Questions:

• Will equipment be shipped to the providers? If needed
• What PACS/Dictation do they use? Clairo

Credentialing Information:

Timeframe: 3 weeks

Requirements: AR license

Credentialing with other facilities?  

Billing enrollment: Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? No

• Clean Malpractice/Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Must be available for the dates listed in the job description and list at submission to be considered - REQUIRED
• Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility - REQUIRED
• COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED
